Quite often, the visions in my head are whimsical and include tea cups or tea pots.
Last August my granddaughter and I took a trip to the zoo. It was her wish (and this GrandEst was determined to grant it) to see EVERY exhibit. Which we did, even though GrandEst got too hot during the afternoon and we had to spend 20 minutes in the aquarium cooling off before we could finish.
Ever since I have been determined to paint this giraffe. I had the board prepared and everything. Then one night last week I suddenly knew how I was going to make it special. Even the title came to me, before it was ever painted!
Never doubt God has a sense of humor.
