I suppose if you post a painting and immediately get an offer to purchase it, it’s safe to post on your blog, haha.
I’m not bragging at all. It’s just that this painting is only my third attempt at abstract. The first one was a couple of years ago. Recently though, I’ve just felt like it was time to explore more of this style of painting. I was unsure whether it was of a quality to make more public than just sharing with my artist friends.
How does this painting touch you or move you? What do you see or feel?
The more I worked on it, the more I felt it was about guidance and stability. I have my own more detailed understanding of it, but the beauty of abstract painting is that it will evoke what you need it to–so I will leave you with my very vague thoughts so that you can find your way in it.
